Fail Safe, Improve Safety

Human performance plays a critical role in maintaining a safe working environment in the clean energy industry—especially as the industry continues to grow. By providing workers with effective tools and strategies to enhance their performance, the campaign seeks to reduce serious injuries or fatalities, prevent incidents, and promote a safer and more productive clean energy industry.

Our priority is to create a culture of safety across the industry.

Engage with the campaign to receive tools and resources to promote a safe workplace.

The people of the clean energy workforce are the heartbeat of the industry. Every year, during the month of October, the ACP runs an educational and awareness-building campaign that’s dedicated to sharing best practices to keep our employees returning home safe at the end of each workday. The 2023 “Fail Safe, Improve Safety” workforce campaign is aimed at ensuring the well-being of clean energy workers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
