ACP Statement on Permitting for Mining Needs Act of 2023

WASHINGTON, D.C., February 28, 2023 – American Clean Power Chief Advocacy Officer JC Sandberg issued the following statement on H.R. 209, the Permitting for Mining Needs Act of 2023 after it was introduced before the House Natural Resources’ Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources by Rep. Pete Stauber (R-MN):
