Please join industry leaders for a discussion on the new industry standard Tax Credit Transfer Agreement.  The American Clean Power Association (ACP) developed the form in partnership with Crux and other industry leaders representing large banks, equity investors, and project sponsors with significant contributions from leading law firms, including Norton Rose Fulbright, Orrick, and Vinson & Elkins.
