Day 1 - Training
Learned the key industry advocacy asks, lobbying best practices, and had a chance to ask questions.
Built to Power
Clean Power on the Hill gives ACP members the unique opportunity to visit Washington, D.C., and share their personal experiences in one-on-one meetings with Members of Congress and their staff. Attendees participate in advocacy training and then put that training into action, educating legislators and their staff on the clean power industry’s top federal policy initiatives.
From field technicians to installers, executives, engineers, and business development personnel, a diverse group of industry representatives is welcome to attend and show Congress the real power of clean power—our people.
Each year, ACP selects key “asks” to focus our lobby day efforts on to ensure our collective voice is powerful and unified. 2024’s priorities worked together to ensure critical tax incentives are long-lasting and continue to spur jobs and economic benefits across the nation.
ACP will post the 2025 policy priorities closer to the event.
Stay tuned for sponsorship opportunities for Clean Power on the Hill 2025.
Attendees will be grouped by the Congressional District of their home address, maximizing the chance of meeting directly with their Member of Congress. This tailored approach helps secure more meetings while also making it easier to navigate the Hill together, foster deeper connections, refine the flow of each meeting, and create a lasting impact.
