Your clean energy story matters.

Clean Power on The Hill connects ACP Members with our country's political decision makers.

Clean Power on The Hill gives ACP members the unique opportunity to visit Washington, DC, and share their personal experiences in small group meetings with Members of Congress and their staff. CPOTH 2026 At-A-Glance

During this two-day event, attendees had the opportunity to:

  • Participate in an expert-led advocacy training to learn the most effective techniques for conducting meetings on the Hill and fostering relationships with elected officials and their staff.
  • Put training into practice during in-person meetings with their elected officials and their staff.
  • Understand how federal policies affect the future of U.S. clean power development.
  • Network with industry colleagues, Members of Congress, and congressional staff at a reception on Capitol Hill.

Meeting Day Groups

To make the biggest impact, attendees were grouped by their state, maximizing the chance of meeting directly with their Members of Congress.

This tailored approach helped secure more meetings, ensured more impactful conversations, and made it easier to refine the meeting flow and navigate the Hill.
