Director, Federal Affairs Offshore Wind

Steve assumed the role of Federal Affairs Director in February 2022. In this position, he serves as a strategist and Congressional liaison in pursuit of advancing ACP’s legislative and policy priorities, with a particular focus on offshore wind and wildlife siting issues. Prior to joining ACP, he spent seven years working for Rep. Kathleen Rice where he was responsible for advising the Congresswoman on energy, environment, transportation, infrastructure, emergency management, and small business policy. Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University. In his free time, he enjoys live music, plays ultimate frisbee, and coaches an adult recreational softball team in the summer.
