Kelsey Bartz

Research Analyst

Kelsey Bartz is the Research Analyst for Government and Public Affairs at American Clean Power. As a member of the Research and Analytics team, she collects and analyzes wind industry market data, policy, and technology trends. She also manages ACP’s U.S. Quarterly Industry Market Reports, state fact sheets, and helps develop ACP’s Annual Market Reports. Prior to joining ACP, Kelsey worked at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions where she conducted researched, developed policy solutions, and honed public messaging on several climate topics including resiliency. Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from American University’s School of Public Affairs.  She also holds a BA in Political Science and English from Ripon College. Kelsey resides in Washington D.C. and in her free time she balances playing tennis, dancing, and tutoring English as a second language students.
