Request for Rehearing of FERC’s December Order on PJM MOPR
Pursuant to Section 313 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. § 825l(a), and Rule 713 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission”) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 C.F.R. § 385.713 (2019), AWEA, the Solar Energy Industries Association, Advanced Energy Economy, the American Council on Renewable Energy, and the Solar Council hereby request rehearing and clarification of the Commission’s order issued on December 19, 2019, in Docket Nos. EL16-49-000 and EL18-178-000.
