David Carroll is the Chief Renewables Officer & Sr. Vice President of North America at ENGIE. He is responsible for the Renewables activities that encompass utility scale wind and solar, distributed generation and storage, he is focused on development, engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance – including partnership management.
Harry Krejsa is the Director of Studies at the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy & Technology. He joined Carnegie Mellon from the White House’s Office of the National Cyber Director where he oversaw cyber and technology strategy for domestic and international policy.
Heather McGeory is the Vice President of Sustainability at CoreWeave. Previously, McGeory held multiple roles at APCO Worldwide, including Global Lead for Climate and Sustainability and Climate Finance Advisor. She has more than 20 years of experience working on climate change issues with business, governments, foundations, non-profits and multilateral institutions through the enablers of communications, campaigns, finance, policy and philanthropy.
Helen Toner is the Director of Strategy and Foundational Research Grants at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). She previously worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Open Philanthropy, where she advised policymakers and grant makers on AI policy and strategy.
