Berkeley Lab, in collaboration with the Colorado School of Mines, has conducted new research on the benefits and impacts of those living within 20 miles of wind energy projects. Their findings indicate clear, long-term benefits after projects become operational, and interestingly, some workers benefit more compared to others.
