Comments and Protest Regarding MISO’s Proposed Changes to Market Efficiency & Interregional Projects

Pursuant to Rules 211, 213, and 214 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, AWEA, Clean Grid Alliance, and the Solar Council move to intervene and offer these comments and limited protest in response to the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc.’s January 21, 2020 filings and January 22, 2020 filing under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act to change the cost allocation methodologies for regional Market Efficiency Projects and Interregional Economic Projects.
