Clean Energy Entities’ Protest of MISO’s Proposal to Assess O&M Rates on Interconnection Facilities

Pursuant to Rule 213 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,  AWEA, Clean Grid Alliance, and the Solar Council respectfully submit these comments on the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s January 21, 2020 filing of the MISO Transmission Owners response to the Commission’s deficiency letter in Docket No. ER20-170-001.
