ACP Statement on David Rosner’s Appointment as FERC Chairman

WASHINGTON, D.C., August 14, 2025 — The American Clean Power Association (ACP) issued the following statement from ACP CEO Jason Grumet on the appointment of David Rosner to Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission:
