Jun 4 2024
WASHINGTON, D.C., June 4, 2024 – The American Clean Power Association (ACP) released the following statement from ACP Vice President of Markets & Transmission Carrie Zalewski after the Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee voted to advance to the full Senate the nominations of David Rosner, Judy Chang and Lindsay See to serve as Commissioners for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Rosner and Chang are Democrats; See is a Republican:
“We thank the Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee for its leadership in advancing the nominations of these three candidates to serve as FERC commissioners on a bipartisan basis.
“FERC is currently focused on a range of critical issues, especially around the need to strengthen America’s power grid, and having a full slate of five commissioners will be an important element in the commission’s ability to carry out its mission.”
