Senior Analyst

Matthew Diana is a Senior Analyst on the Research and Analysis team at the American Clean Power Association (ACP). He contributes to ACP’s quantitative research efforts, including assessments of economic and environmental impacts, supply chains, trade, and power systems modeling.

Before joining ACP, Matthew worked at Activate Research as a senior technical reviewer for statistical products and data releases from the National Center for Education Statistics. He has also interned with ICF, where he contributed to energy market modeling and planning, and at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where he conducted research on international trade.

Matthew holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from The George Washington University, with a concentration in Science and Technology Policy. He is currently a doctoral candidate at GWU, with a research focus on policy impacts on wind energy development. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College, studying Political Science and Economics.
