Under the direction of the Chief Policy Officer (CPO), Kim provides high-level administrative support while coordinating initiatives across the Policy team. She also collaborates closely with departments including Advocacy, Communications, Membership, Operations, and Events to ensure seamless alignment and execution of organizational priorities.

She brings deep expertise in executive-level administration, strategic project coordination, organizational leadership, and human capital support. Known for her discretion, operational excellence, and ability to anticipate needs, Kim is a trusted partner who drives efficiency, enhances team performance, and supports organizational priorities with precision and professionalism.

Prior to joining American Clean Power, Kim served as a Senior Executive Assistant at the Department of Veterans Affairs and at McKinsey & Company, where she supported leadership teams across the firm’s Washington, D.C., New York City, and Johannesburg offices.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland. In her spare time, she enjoys psychological thrillers, traveling, relaxing at the spa, and spending quality time with her 7-year-old terrier mix, Doc.
