Jaehong Park

Jaehong Park is a globally experienced ESS business leader who led strategic merger activities to establish LG Energy Solution Vertech. He now serves as the company’s CEO.

In his previous role with LG Energy Solution, Jaehong held various responsibilities such as Vice President of M&A Task Force Team, Director of ESS Product Planning, and Director of North American ESS Sales/Marketing.

Jaehong has been responsible for the company’s increasing development and expansion efforts into the early-stage ESS market since 2010.

Before joining LG Energy Solution, Jaehong worked at Samsung Electronics, where he developed his engineering capabilities in the semiconductor sector as a chip design engineer.

Jaehong holds an MBA from UT Austin‘s McCombs School of Business and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea.
