Geoff Atchison

Geoff Atchison is the Talent Acquisition Manager at ACP. In his role, Geoff leads full-cycle recruitment across the organization, oversees employee onboarding and orientation, and manages ACP’s summer internship program. He is also responsible for developing and guiding ACP’s talent strategy, strengthening and improving recruitment processes, and championing an inclusive, people-centered hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Previously, Geoff served as Talent Acquisition Manager at DT Global, an international development partner implementing renewable energy, climate, and civil society projects around the world. He brings additional recruitment experience from prior roles across government contracting, advocacy organizations, and the public sector.

Geoff holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University. In his spare time, he enjoys baking and learning new languages.
