
Felicia Farrar McLemore
Felicia McLemore is ACP’s Vice President of Corporate Communications. She is a communications leader who helps organizations navigate complexity, strengthen reputation, and communicate with clarity and impact. She specializes in executive visibility, integrated communications strategy, and issues and crisis management — helping leaders navigate pivotal moments with clear, aligned narratives that strengthen credibility and build
stakeholder trust.
She has led communications strategy and high-performing teams for global brands and institutions including Marriott International, the District of Columbia government, and PepsiCo, and is known for her collaborative leadership style and steady guidance.
Prior to joining American Clean Power, Felicia led internal and external communications at PepsiCo. She built an executive communications framework for a 22-member leadership committee, strengthened employee engagement through enterprise-wide strategy, and formalized crisis and issues processes to accelerate response and coordination.
Felicia holds a B.S. in Public Relations from James Madison University and an M.S. in Integrated Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. She built a lasting connection to New Orleans through Hurricane Katrina recovery volunteer work and still returns whenever she can. She lives in Maryland with her husband, two children, and their dog, Nola — and recharges with a good glass of vino and the occasional day spa reset.
