Elizabeth Slater

Liz Slater is the Director, Event Business Development in Business Development Department at the American Clean Power Association. Liz will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our events through partner acquisitions and innovative business development initiatives. She will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and develop strategies to enhance ACP’s market presence and event revenue streams.

Liz comes to ACP with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently holding several sales positions at Caesars Entertainment. Her journey has equipped her with a robust set of skills in negotiation, strategic partnerships, and customer retention.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Brooks and their three children – Emily, Hunter and Brady. On weekends she can be found on the sidelines of a sporting event – “lacrosse is life.” When she’s not cheering on a team she enjoys exploring new travel destinations, golf and the beach.
