Deputy Director, Federal Affairs

Diana Godlevskaya joined the American Clean Power Association (ACP) in 2022 and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Federal Affairs. She leads efforts to advance ACP’s priorities on appropriations, agriculture policy (Farm Bill), and green hydrogen, while helping to shape and support the association’s broader legislative agenda. From 2022 to 2025, Diana managed ACP’s political action committee (CLEANPOWER PAC).

Prior to joining ACP, Diana advanced clean energy policy and advocacy in the Southeast with the Southeastern Wind Coalition. Earlier in her career, she worked in environmental chemistry and fieldwork.

Diana holds a Master of Public Administration in energy and climate policy from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Sustainability from Meredith College.
