Claire started as Federal Affairs Director at American Clean Power Association in July 2020. She serves as a strategist and legislative liaison with House and Senate offices in pursuit of ACP’s policy priorities, primarily focused on offshore wind development. Previously, she worked for U.S. Senator Ed Markey from Massachusetts for over four years on a variety of ocean issues including fisheries, offshore wind, and maritime. Claire recieved her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy & Analysis and International Relations from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys backpacking, rowing, bicycle commuting, speaking french, and baking.
