Christian Sanchez is Senior Manager, Event Sales at ACP. In his over 10 years of experience spanning the corporate events industry and hospitality sector in the US and Puerto Rico, Christian has managed multiple aspects of the event planning process from inception to completion, having the privilege of working with Fortune 500 organizations and nonprofits across multiple industries. Prior to joining ACP, he was a Customer Relationship Manager at Encore, where his primary responsibilities included overseeing and scaling a portfolio of accounts worth $4.2m that offered end-to-end event production services.

Prior to that, Christian was an Event Solutions representative at the Javits Convention Center in NYC, where he was a Key Contributor to the convention center’s transition to digital order-taking via the Jake portal, working with more than 300+ exhibitors per day when the organization was upgrading processes from paper to digital. During his career as an Assistant Producer for Cube Group Events Agency in Puerto Rico, he managed multiple six-figure accounts and worked directly with C-Level & VP Executives in the planning process of their events. Negotiated venue agreements, orchestrated logistics, allocated events resources, developed budgets and sponsorship proposals and campaigns, audited supplier bills, and delivered in-detail fulfillment reports to clients and agency stakeholders.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Christian is a natural Spanglish speaker who has lived in NYC for the past seven years with his wife Monica and Toby, their Mini Aussiedoodle. Building relationships and creating memorable experiences have been at the core of Christian’s M.O. throughout his career. His hobbies are finding every opportunity to explore and travel with his family, and he says that Latin food and strong Puerto Rican coffee keep his turbines running.
