Senior Director, Offshore Permitting and Environmental Policy

Brian Krevor brings more than 18 years’ experience in Federal permitting and environmental analysis to American Clean Power. Since May 2023, Brian has served the offshore wind industry as the Senior Director for Offshore Environmental and Permitting where he leads ACP’s work on Federal permitting and environmental compliance for the offshore wind industry. Brian manages ACP’s Offshore Permitting and Environmental Subcommittee to consolidate offshore wind company views on permitting and environmental issues into industry positions and then socializes those positions with regulatory agencies and Capitol Hill. He also manages ACP’s Fisheries subcommittee where he works with member companies’ fisheries liaisons and representatives to improve coordination on issues involving fisheries and offshore wind.

Previously, Brian worked for the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management in the Office of Renewable Energy Programs for twelve years. In this role, he worked on offshore wind permitting and environmental issues, serving primarily as the NEPA Team Lead. Brian received his bachelor’s degree in environmental policy and U.S. history from Tulane University.
