Biljana Kaumaya
Billie Kaumaya is Vice President of Federal Affairs at the American Clean Power Association (ACP). She leads ACP’s federal team, shaping legislative policies and developing, implementing, and managing federal affairs strategies to advance national energy policies and initiatives in support of clean energy. Kaumaya brings 2 decades of experience lobbying and working for federal, state and local governments. Most recently she served as Legislative Affairs Director for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. She previously worked for the National Association of Home Builders and the American Institute of Architects, focusing primarily on energy and sustainability issues.
Kaumaya earned her B.A. from The Ohio State University and her M.A. from George Washington University.
