
Ben Pfeffer
Ben Pfeffer is the Deputy Director of Power Market Modeling at the American Clean Power Association. Ben performs capacity expansion and production cost modeling of the US power sector and analyzes the impacts of policy on the future of the nation’s clean power buildout.
Previously, Ben worked as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, where he leveraged power market modeling to answer the most pressing questions of developer, utility, and regulator clients. Ben has over five years of energy sector experience, including crafting expert testimony in regulated proceedings, developing rigorous economic analysis, and marketing Renewable Energy Credits.
Ben holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Davidson College.
