Ashley Hogan

At ACP, Ashley will support the Events Business Development team focusing on new opportunities across all events. She will be managing sponsor relationships, supporting revenue generation, and increasing the impact of ACP’s educational and networking experiences. She will be collaborating with the Events and Membership teams in her role specifically around proposals, event engagement, and lead generation.

Ashley comes to ACP from Prysmian, where she held several roles over her five years of employment there. Primarily Ashley worked as Partnership Manager for Andretti Formula E at Prysmian where she managed the partnership relationship and events with the team. In that role she organized and executed over 100 global events across 15+ countries. Additionally, she previously held roles in overhead transmission line business development, electric vehicle charging strategy, and telecom cable production. At Prysmian, Ashley had the pleasure of being an exhibitor at CLEANPOWER 2025 and brings her external view of that event to the team.

Ashley earned both her MBA and her B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has received certifications from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy in International Business. Ashley is new to the area; previously living in Milan, Italy for work she is currently based in Alexandria, VA.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys traveling, hiking, playing video games and reading. She has visited 40 countries and counting. She is always open to making new connections and looks forward to getting to know others across the ACP team.
