Anne Reynolds

Vice President, Offshore Wind

Anne Reynolds is Vice President for Offshore Wind Power at the American Clean Power Association (ACP), where she leads the team working on all aspects of the offshore wind power industry. Prior to joining ACP, she was the Executive Director of the Alliance for Clean Energy New York (ACE NY), which includes the New York Offshore Wind Alliance, growing the organization into a successful, multi-technology clean energy trade organization to advocate for robust procurement policies, streamlined permitting, and supportive legislation for the solar, land-based wind, offshore wind, energy storage, electric vehicle, and transmission industries. She also served on the New York State Climate Action Council in that role. Prior to ACE, she was a Deputy Commissioner at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and previously the Assistant Commissioner for Policy and Planning, also at DEC. Anne advocated for clean air, renewable energy, and energy efficiency investments at Environmental Advocates of New York, and also previously worked at the Tellus Institute for Energy and Environmental Strategies in Boston. Anne began her career at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region II in NYC. She has a B.S. from Tufts University and an M.E.S. from Yale University.
