American Wind Energy Association and the Clean Grid Alliance submit this protest in response to the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc.’s December 20, 2018 filing under Section 205 of the Federal Power Act to change the requirements for financial milestones and site control for MISO’s Generator Interconnection Procedures.
