WASHINGTON D.C., March 30, 2023 – Today, American Clean Power Association (ACP) CEO Jason Grumet released a statement following the House passage H.R. 1, the Lower Energy Costs Act:
“The Congress must pass meaningful permitting reform to support a dynamic, secure, and clean economy.
