2023 Bonus Events Recap

ACP takes pride in providing opportunities for fun, engaging networking and recreational extracurricular activities beyond the panels and presentations at the conference. Over 350 total participants in add-on networking activities including local tours and Power Up 5k. Check out an overview of our CLEANPOWER2023 Bonus Events below.

 

ACP Committee Meetings

ACP members from across the industry were able to meet in-person to discuss the work they’ve been doing together via video calls all year.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion-Focused Events

While sessions throughout the conference incorporated DEI themes, there were additional DEI-focused opportunities to really home in on these critical industry topics, including an Energy Transition for All Luncheon; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) in Action; and a Veterans Happy Hour.

Fun Run 5K

200 people participated in a 5K jog or walk around the French Quarter.

RNWBL Golf Tournament

On Monday May 22, dozens of attendees joined RNWBL at the CLEANPOWER Golf Open. The tournament was held at the Stonebridge Golf Club of New Orleans.

Power Networking

Attendees had the opportunity to chat with potential business providers and set up a 10-minute meeting during this two-hour time block.

Forever New Orleans Tour

A private tour of the French Quarter, Lakeview, & Uptown neighborhoods.

Cajun Swamp Airboat Tour

Attendees had the chance to register for an exhilarating journey into the mystical swamps and bayous of southern Louisiana.

Private Group Tour: Port Fourchon

At the end of the conference, a private group was able to tour Port Fourchon, which is known as the premier port facility supporting oil and gas operations in the Gulf of Mexico.
