Sasha Gates

Sasha Gates serves as Manager of Event Sales at the American Clean Power Association (ACP), where she supports revenue-generating initiatives and strategic partnerships across ACP’s events and sponsorship portfolio. In this role, she works closely with exhibitors and industry partners to create high-impact opportunities that elevate brand presence and drive meaningful engagement across the clean energy sector.

Sasha brings a strong background in event sales, sponsorship development, and client relationship management. Prior to joining ACP, she worked at Smithbucklin, where she played a key role in driving exhibit and sponsorship revenue for national healthcare and professional association conferences. She consistently exceeded sales goals while expanding exhibitor participation and developing creative, customized sponsorship opportunities that delivered value for partners.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. Her creative background informs her approach to sales and relationship-building, bringing a thoughtful, design-minded perspective to crafting experiences and partnerships that resonate.

Outside of work, Sasha enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and painting, while continuously seeking out new creative interests. She values wellness and balance in her daily routine and lives with her partner and their miniature dachshund—on weekends, you’ll likely find her out at a farmers market with a matcha in hand.
