Santiago Longhino

Santiago is a Policy Manager at the American Clean Power Association (ACP). He conducts policy research and analysis across critical minerals, manufacturing policy, and international supply chain issues, with a primary focus on energy storage.

Prior to joining ACP full time, Santiago served as an Energy Storage Policy Intern at the association. He previously worked as a Government Affairs & Community Relations Intern at EDP Renewables North America, where he supported state and local policy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.

Santiago holds a BA in International Affairs and Art History from Lewis & Clark College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
