Oressa Boelk serves as the Senior Director of Member Strategy and Operations at ACP, where her primary focus is on providing exceptional value to and engaging with ACP’s members.

With a decade of experience in sales, sales operations, and member engagement, Oressa has refined her skills at trade associations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Global Energy Institute, and the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors. Her expertise lies in cultivating and nurturing association memberships, with a dedicated emphasis on delivering personalized experiences to each member. Oressa’s work in sales operations enables her to streamline processes and strategies, ultimately enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in an elevated member experience.

Oressa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Environmental Science from Shenandoah University. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in outdoor activities, often accompanied by her pup, Muffin.
