Katie Colten

Katie is the Manager of Member Sales and Engagement at ACP. In this role she recruits new members and manages a portfolio of existing members, with a focus on expanding revenue, increasing engagement, and communicating the value of ACP membership benefits.

Katie brings more than a decade of experience in sales, partnerships and retention, having held roles at several associations, including the National League of Cities. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven revenue growth and strengthened member retention strategies, with particular expertise in customer onboarding and the member lifecycle.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Lawrence University. Originally from Syracuse, she now lives in Virginia, where she enjoys exploring local vineyards, reading, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
