Amanda Stoner
Counsel
Amanda serves on ACP’s legal team as Counsel. In this role, she works on a variety of legal issues impacting the clean energy industry, including clean energy tax credit implementation, environmental litigation, and project siting and permitting. Before joining ACP, Amanda worked as a trial attorney for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S Department of Justice, where she specialized in National Environmental Policy Act litigation. Amanda received her law degree from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A. from West Virginia University.
