The permitting reform legislation introduced in the Senate offers great benefits to the clean energy industry. ACP has been fighting for core provisions that will speed deployment of generation and transmission while ensuring permit certainty and technology neutrality. It is encouraging that Senate energy and environmental leaders have forged this bipartisan agreement and we need the entire industry advocating for final passage.
