On March 13, 2024, ACP – along with the National Ocean Industries Association, Offshore Operators Coalition, and New Jersey Offshore Wind Alliance – submitted extensive comments to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) on the New York Bight draft PEIS. The comments focused on ensuring that the New York Bight PEIS does not delay projects, increase costs, or impose measures that are technically and/or economically infeasible. ACP presented an overview of these comments to BOEM on March 12, 2024. ACP will continue to engage with BOEM on the development of the PEIS to ensure our comments are fully considered.
