Quarnesha joined the American Clean Power Association IT department in September of 2024. IT Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless technology operations and providing exceptional support to team members. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Arizona Global Campus, Quarnesha possesses a solid foundation in technology management and problem-solving. Their expertise includes troubleshooting technical issues, implementing software solutions, and enhancing system efficiencies, which contribute to a more productive work environment.

Quarnesha was formally a software support analyst for FEI systems and a solutions specialist for Verizon for 4 years. She gained valuable experience in her various IT support roles, where she developed a knack for diagnosing complex problems and delivering user-friendly solutions. Their background has equipped them to handle diverse challenges with a calm and effective approach.

She is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda and Sigma Beta Delta honor societies. Outside of their professional life, she enjoys shopping and exploring new destinations, especially by the beach. She is a huge foodie who loves to try new and different local cuisines. Family time is also a priority, with weekends typically spent creating memories at museums, concerts, and other cultural events with her daughter.
