Alex Jackson
Alex Jackson is the director of American Clean Power-California. In that capacity, he oversees ACP-CA’s legislative, regulatory, and political affairs. Prior to joining ACP, Alex worked for 12 years as a Senior Attorney in the Climate and Clean Energy Program at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where he managed NRDC’s California climate advocacy and led several successful legislative campaigns. Alex serves as a Board Member of the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technologies (CEERT) and the California Foundation on the Environment and the Economy (CFEE), where he sits on the Energy Steering Committee. Alex is a graduate of Cornell University and UC Berkeley School of Law. He stays active in his hometown of Sacramento, CA by coaching his kids’ soccer teams and shooing his cat off video calls.
