Hotel Keycards
Keep your company name at the forefront of attendees’ minds by placing your preferred graphic and/or logo printed on one side of hotel keycards. The keycards will be given to all attendees staying at the official event hotel.
5K Fun Run
Sponsor the OMS 5K Fun Run and put your brand in front of attendees on the move. Sponsorship includes branded event T-shirts (produced upon sponsorship fulfillment) and recognition at the race site, on the conference website, and in the event app.
Lanyards
Lanyard branding is one of the most highly-demanded sponsorship opportunities. With this sponsorship, you can place your company’s logo around the necks of all attendees. Show management will order lanyards.
Sponsored Lounges
Sponsor a seating area/lounge space in the exhibit hall! After walking around the busy exhibit hall, attendees will be thrilled to see your logo accompanying a conveniently located seating area!
Mobile App
The mobile app is the most-used resource for conference attendees as it is used to navigate the exhibit hall, sessions, networking activities, and more!
Conference Bags
Place your company’s logo front and center on tote bags that attendees will use to collect conference materials, giveaways, and business cards. ACP Show Management will order the bags.
Badges
All attendees, staff, and vendors will proudly display your company logo with the Badges sponsorship, one of the most sought-after event sponsorship opportunities.
Registration Counters
Amplify your brand by sponsoring the onsite registration desks and make your logo visible to all conference attendees!
Registration will be placed in a highly visible, central location where all attendees will come to pick up their badge before entering the exhibit hall.
Outdoor Demo
Showcase your products or equipment through live demonstrations and interactive experiences as the Outdoor Demo Sponsor. This opportunity includes dedicated demonstration space throughout the conference, along with sponsor recognition and promotion.
Charging Stations
Keep attendees powered up and connected with a branded charging table in a high-traffic area of the event space. Your logo and messaging will be prominently displayed as attendees charge their devices and network with peers.
Conference Recordings
Put a spotlight on your brand with every mention of post-event recordings before, during, and after the event. Conference recordings will be available approximately two weeks after the event, and your sponsorship will be highlighted in a dedicated email sent to attendees.
Aisle Sign Clings
