2026 Exhibitor Information
Welcome to the exhibitor information page for ACP’s 2026 Operations, Maintenance & Safety Conference, which will be held in Orlando, FL, from March 4-6, 2026, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Below, you can find information regarding booking a booth and accessing the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Note: We are currently in the renewal phase for exclusive partners as part of the CLEANPOINTS priority Booth Selection program. Exhibit sales are scheduled to open on August 1st for all interested partners.
Booth Fees Payment Schedule
- A 25% non-refundable deposit will be due upon signing the application.
- Please Note: The 25% non-refundable deposit is due within seven [7] business days of the invoice date.
- The next 25% payment is due September 30th, 2025.
- 100% of the payment must be submitted by December 31, 2025.
- Please note that for any exhibitors traveling internationally into the United States, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas to enter the country and all non-refundable payments and cancellation terms in this email, issued invoices, and the Exhibitor terms and conditions will apply if you are unable to attend the Event due to entry restrictions. ACP may issue a partial refund in its sole discretion if we are able to resell your exhibitor space.

Please note that the exhibitor services kit, which contains all the essential details for exhibitors, including move-in/out and furniture options, is scheduled for release in September 2025. All exhibitors will receive an email from Map Your Show once it is launched.

The prices listed below are by square foot. Each 100 sq feet includes pipe and drape and 3x complimentary registrations only. Carpet is not included but is mandatory (exhibitors’ responsibility).
