Booth Fees Payment Schedule

• 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of online exhibitor agreement.
  Please arrange to submit payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
  (Applicable to exhibitors signing up within the Early Bird Rate Period | Pre-October 1 2026) 
  
• 50% Payment is due by October 1, 2026.  The deadline for cancellation/reduction requests is June 30, 2026, in order to receive a refund or avoid any cancellation/downsize fees.
  We will not provide any refunds or transfers for the first 50% after this date.
  Applications submitted after October 1, 2026 require 50% payment, and ACP should receive payment within 30 days of submission. 
• 100% of booth payments are due by December 15, 2026, or within 30 days of being invoiced (if after December 15, 2026).
  Note that any cancellations/reductions after this date will incur a 100% cancellation/reduction fee, and we will not provide any refunds or transfers.  Applications submitted after December 15, 2026, require full payment of booth fees before we can confirm your reservation. Booth fees not paid in full by this schedule may result in losing your placement or losing your booth assignment entirely. 

Please note that for any exhibitors traveling internationally into the United States, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas to enter the country, and all non-refundable payments and cancellation terms, issued invoices, and the Exhibitor terms and conditions will apply if you are unable to attend the Event due to entry restrictions. ACP may issue a partial refund in its sole discretion if we are able to resell your exhibitor space.

Note that if your ACP membership status changes before January 10, 2027, ACP will adjust the booth fees accordingly to Non-Member rates and provide an updated invoice for the new pending balance due. For any ACP membership inquiries, please reach out directly to [email protected].

Current OMS 2027 Exhibitors:

The primary contact listed in your company/booth profile in our systems will receive access to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). The ERC for OMS 2027 launched the week of September 7, 2026. All primary & secondary contacts listed received a notification email from [email protected]  from our Map Your Show Platform. 

In the ERC, you can find booth staff registration information, booth profile access, and access to the exhibitor’s services kit. The ERC also includes the event rules and regulations, booth mobility/furniture information, and additional exhibitor services for OMS 2027. This will be your command center to ensure a smooth move-in process for OMS 2027 and remain compliant with the event rules & regulations.

Exhibit Fees:

The prices listed below are by square foot. Each 100 sq feet includes pipe and drape and 2x complimentary registrations only. Carpet is not included but is mandatory (exhibitors’ responsibility).
