The Emerging Leaders program at CLEANPOWER is designed for early-career professionals, under the age of 30 who are within their first two to three years in clean energy, looking to build connections, gain industry exposure, and navigate career growth in clean energy.

Before the Event: Join the LinkedIn Group and Nominate Your Peers
Start building your network well before you arrive in Houston.
Join the Emerging Leaders LinkedIn Group: Ask questions, receive updates from ACP, and get to know other young professionals from across the industry.
Nominate a Colleague for the Emerging Leader Award: Submit a nomination to recognize a young professional you work with for exemplary leadership in clean energy.

Monday, June 1 | Clean Energy 101 & Opening Reception Meetup
- Clean Energy 101 Pre-Conference Seminar: New to the industry, or just looking to learn more about clean energy? Add the 101 to your CLEANPOWER ticket when registering.
- This primer presented by ACP experts will explore the fundamentals and latest insights into utility-scale clean energy. Anyone wanting to learn the basics of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage will benefit from this engaging, interactive session and will leave prepared to get the most from the specialized sessions taking place throughout the conference.
- First-Time Attendee Meet & Greet at the Opening Reception: Head into the Opening Reception with other first-time CLEANPOWER attendees. Signage will be present to help you locate this meetup.
Tuesday, June 2 | Reserved Seating in General Session + Exhibit Hall Reception
- Reserved General Session Seating: Head to the front of the General Session room and look for the row reserved for Emerging Leaders to connect with other young professionals as we kick off CLEANPOWER programming.
- Exhibit Hall Reception | Emerging Leaders Lounge (700 Row, Near Energy Elevation Stage) | 5:00 – 6:00 PM: The Emerging Leaders lounge is open throughout the conference, but join ACP leaders and young professionals from across the industry for a networking meetup on Tuesday to continue building your network.
