Gaylord Palms Pricing & Fees
Single/double occupancy rooms $339/night + $45 nightly resort fee. Applicable taxes will be added to room rates (currently 14.5%). Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Friday, February 9, 2026.
Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s room plus tax at the time of booking; deposits are refundable for cancellations 5 days prior to their arrival date.

The prevailing daily resort fee, currently $45.00 plus applicable tax, will be added to the guest room rate.
This fee will cover several in-room amenities which will include:
- Daily Resort Wide Public Space Internet access
- Daily Yoga Class for 2 guests
- Daily Shuttle Service to Disney Springs and Disney Parks
- Daily complimentary admission to Cypress Springs Water Park for up to 4 guests
- Daily Enhanced High-speed internet access
