Important Safety and Registration Information
We are thrilled to see you in-person, but our number one priority remains the health and safety of all participants. Please note, online registration will be open through 12pm ET on Tuesday, October 12 to give 24 hours for the COVID verification step. No new registrations or registration substitutions will be permitted after 12pm ET on October 12, and in-person registration will not be available. We will be unable to make exceptions to this rule given the third party proof of vaccination or negative COVID test submission requirements. Please view important event procedures & guidelines here.

To register for ACP events, your business email address is your User ID. If you do not know your password, you can reset it here.
Energy Storage Association (ESA) Members: In January 2022, ESA will merge with ACP. ESA members are eligible for member rates to all remaining 2021 ACP events. Contact email@example.com to receive the promo code.
Non-Profits: (must email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval) will receive a 25% discount off the prevailing rates. Discount cannot be applied to the discounted Speaker rates. (deadline date applies)
Media / Press: Complimentary press registrations are available to those that meet ACP’s media accreditation guidelines. To request a complimentary press pass contact Jason Ryan.
Credit Card Policy: All registrations will be applied to the card provided at the time of registration. Conference Registration(s) will not be processed without payment or if made with declined or invalid credit cards. Once a registration has been charged to a credit card, ACP is not able to change the credit card used for payment.
COVID-19: As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic evolves, ACP staff continues to monitor updates, and plans to follow protocols established by health authorities as well as all local, state and federal government mandates. The health, well-being and safety of our attendees, staff and community remain our top priority.
We understand that the current environment creates a great deal of uncertainty and hope our flexible cancellation policy allows you to register for ACP events with confidence.
All cancellation fees associated with any ACP in-person event registration will be waived, up to 10 business days before the event if you have not participated in any of that event’s virtual education or matchmaking opportunities, some of which may occur before the in-person components. No refunds can be made after this time or for no-shows and registration fees cannot be transferred to other ACP events. If you have changes to your registration including contact information or if you need to provide a substitution for your registration, email email@example.com.
Virtual Event Cancellation Policy: All refund requests received at least 10 business days before the event will be processed less a $100 administrative fee. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the conference. There will be no refunds made after this time and registration fees may not be transferred to a different ACP event. However, substitutions are permitted for no charge. Email information on substitutions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to ACP in writing via email to email@example.com. Any refunds to credit card payments may only be credited back to the original credit card and cannot be refunded to a different card.
ACP Antitrust Guidelines: It is extremely important that association members, meeting attendees, and speakers understand that the provisions of the antitrust laws regulate their conduct at association meetings. View the ACP Antitrust Policy
ACP Event Anti-Harassment Policy: The American Clean Power Association (ACP) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone at ACP events. ACP seeks to provide a conference environment in which diverse attendees may learn, network and enjoy the company of colleagues in a professional atmosphere. ACP does not tolerate harassment of Conference attendee in any form. Use of sexual or discriminatory language and imagery is not appropriate of any Conference event. All attendees are expected to comply with this Event Anti-Harassment Policy at all Conference venues and Conference-related social events. Violators of this Event Anti-Harassment Policy may be sanctioned or expelled from the Conference at the discretion of the ACP Conference organizers. View the ACP Anti-Harassment Policy.
By accepting the Terms & Conditions during registration, you agree not to hold any trainings, receptions, client events, or other large gatherings of ACP participants during times that conflict with the official conference sessions or special events without prior approval by ACP.
ACP reserves the right to refuse a new registration or cancel and refund an existing registration at our own discretion; or to eject any registrant from the event without any prior notice or refund if while at the event their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, dangerous, illegal or if they are found to be distributing unauthorized material. Contributions to ACP and fees for ACP events are not tax deductible as charitable contributions but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses.
