2026 Meeting Room Information

Secure meeting space to host private meetings with your customers at CLEANPOWER 2026 now! Available between Sunday, May 31, 2026 through Thursday, June 4, 2026, these meeting spaces are perfect to host client meetings, team discussions, and other networking events (outside of ACP scheduled events). 

Eligibility Requirements:

Meeting space is available exclusively to conference exhibitors and/or sponsors (with a minimum commitment of $5,000) which will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis (based on availability). 

Please complete the interest form to secure meeting space. Once submitted, ACP Show Management will contact you to discuss meeting room availability, pricing, and other details before providing a contract for review and signature. All bookings are subject to availability and signed agreement.

Available Rooms & Pricing:

  • Show Floor Meeting Rooms (in exhibit hall, 200 sq. feet each): $8,000 ACP Members/$12,000 Nonmembers – AVAILABLE 
    • Setup Date: Monday, June 1, 2026 from 8 am – 5 pm (access only available to exhibitors w/ badge) 
    • Access Dates (for scheduled meetings): During show hours only – Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 10 am – 5 pm, Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 9 am – 5 pm, and Thursday, June 4, 2026 between 10 am – 1 pm  
  • Hotel Meeting Rooms: Available at Marriott Marquis Houston & Hilton Americas Houston. Pricing ranges depending on room size, from $8,000 – $12,000 for ACP Members/$10,000-$15,000 for Nonmembers – AVAILABLE 
    • Access Dates: Sunday, May 31, 2026 (including setup date) – Thursday, June 4, 2026 between 7 am – 5 pm (exception, select rooms will begin Monday, June 1, 2026 at 7 am) 
    • Exhibitors and sponsors must book directly with ACP for meeting space at headquarter hotels (Marriott & Hilton). 
  • Small Convention Center Rooms (on Level 2, 150-300 sq. feet each): $7,000 ACP Members/$10,000 Nonmembers – SOLD OUT 
    • Access Dates: Sunday, May 31, 2026 (including setup date) – Thursday, June 4, 2026 between 7 am – 5 pm 
  • Small Convention Center Rooms (on Level 3, 700-1,300 sq. feet each): $9,000 ACP Members/$12,000 Nonmembers – SOLD OUT 
    • Access Dates: Sunday, May 31, 2026 (including setup date) – Thursday, June 4, 2026 between 7 am – 5 pm 
  • Premium Convention Center Rooms (on level 3, 1,301-1,500 sq. feet each): $12,000 ACP Members/$15,000 Nonmembers – SOLD OUT 
    • Access Dates: Sunday, May 31, 2026 (including setup date) – Thursday, June 4, 2026 between 7 am – 5 pm

Please note that hosted activities that conflict with official ACP conference programming are strictly prohibited by ACP as outlined in the ACP Event Policies. Companies must submit requests to ACP for written approval (along with description of event, date, time, and location) ASAP and at least 30 days before the conference. ACP reserves the right to decline if it conflicts with official conference programming. Company and all company representatives agree to comply with all Policies (as applicable to Company’s relationship and engagement with ACP). Violation of the Event policies may result in penalties as determined appropriate by ACP Show Management.
