🍴 Meals
A light breakfast will be provided on May 20, 21 and 22. Lunch will be available for purchase from convention center concession stands, and light snacks and beverages will be served during the exhibit hall happy hours and welcome reception.

🚌 Shuttle Schedule

Important EmpowHER Luncheon Attendee Packing Note: 👜 Bring your Purses for Phoenix Charity: Purse-Impressions
- We invite you to participate in our give-back initiative by bringing a new or gently used medium-sized purse to the luncheon. The purses will be filled by Purse-Impressions with hygiene products, journals, affirmation cards, jewelry, and makeup and given to women recovering from treatment programs in the Phoenix area.

Recordings are available for an additional fee and can be added through the Registration Resource Center.
🌐 Live Translation & Transcription
Wordly is a live translation and transcription software that allows attendees to follow along with captions or translations on their phone in 50+ languages. Use QR codes at each stage or the link in the CLEANPOWER app to access Wordly.
👔 Attire
Business casual attire is recommended. We also suggest wearing comfortable shoes for walking the exhibit hall.

How to Submit a Video:
- Using your phone, record a video of yourself asking a question. No fancy equipment needed.
- Upload the video to this Dropbox file request before 3:00 PM MST Wednesday, May 21.
- ACP will review the submissions and selected videos will be played and answered during Thursday’s General Session.
