2026 Exhibitor Information
Welcome to the exhibitor information page for ACP’s 2026 CLEANPOWER Conference, which will be held in Houston, TX, from June 1 to 4 at the George R. Brown Convention Center. Below you can find information regarding booking a booth and accessing the Exhibitor Resource Center.
Book a booth: Apply to exhibit at the CLEANPOWER 2026 Conference.

- Select the continue button under the “First-Time Exhibitors”
- Fill out company information to select the booth.
- Once your application is received and approved on our end, ACP finance team will follow up with the invoice in the next couple of days.

Booth Fees Payment Schedule
- A 25% non-refundable deposit will be due upon signing the application.
- Please Note: The 25% non-refundable deposit is due within seven [7] business days of the invoice date.
- The next 25% payment is due September 1st, 2025.
- 100% of the payment must be submitted by December 1, 2025.
- Please note that for any exhibitors traveling internationally into the United States, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas to enter the country and all non-refundable payments and cancellation terms in this email, issued invoices, and the Exhibitor terms and conditions will apply if you are unable to attend the Event due to entry restrictions. ACP may issue a partial refund in its sole discretion if we are able to resell your exhibitor space
Current Exhibitors: Please note that the exhibitor services kit, which contains all the essential details for exhibitors, such as move-in/out information and furniture options, is set to be released by October 2025. All exhibitors will receive an email from Map Your Show once it is launched.
