Welcome to the exhibitor information page for ACP’s 2026 CLEANPOWER Conference, which will be held in Anaheim, CA, from May 24 to 27, 2027, at the Anaheim Convention Center. Below is information on booking a booth and accessing the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Once your application is received and approved at our end, the ACP finance team will follow up with the invoice in the next couple of days.

Booth Fees Payment Schedule
- 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of online exhibitor agreement. Please arrange to submit payment within 7 days of receiving invoice. You can expect to receive your invoice within 2-3 weeks after your application is submitted and approved.
- 2nd 25% Payment is due by September 1, 2026. The deadline for cancellation/reduction requests are due by September 1, 2026 in order to receive a refund or avoid any cancellation/downsize fees. We will not provide any refunds or transfers for the first 50% after this date. Please review section 5. Cancellations and Downgrades by Exhibitor of the exhibitor contract T&C’s for details.
- 100% of booth payments are due by December 1, 2026, or within 30 days of being invoiced (if after December 1, 2026). Note that any cancellations/reductions after this date will incur a 100% cancellation/reduction fee, and we will not provide any refunds or transfers.
- Note that if your membership status changes before March 1, 2027, we will adjust the booth rate accordingly and send an updated invoice.
- Please note that for any exhibitors traveling internationally into the United States, you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas to enter the country and all non-refundable payments and cancellation terms in this email, issued invoices, and the Exhibitor terms and conditions will apply if you are unable to attend the Event due to entry restrictions. ACP may issue a partial refund in its sole discretion if we are able to resell your exhibitor space

Note that the exhibitor services kit, which includes all essential details for exhibitors, such as move-in/out and furniture, is slated to be released by August 2026, and all exhibitor primary & secondary contacts listed in your booth profile will receive an email from Map Your Show once it is launched.

Booth Pricing – Price per square foot – add $2 per square foot for premium corner booths, Island booths, and main aisle locations. All in-line booths include pipe & drape. All booths include complimentary registrations based on booth size. Carpet / Booth Flooring is not included but is mandatory (exhibitors’ responsibility to rent or bring their own flooring)

NOTE: Applications submitted after September 1, 2026, require 50% payment to be received by ACP within 30 days of submission. Applications submitted after December 1, 2026, require payment of booth fees in full before the reservation can be confirmed. Booth fees not paid in full by this schedule risk loss of placement or an entirely lost booth assignment.
